To make this invigorating drink, start by brewing a strong batch of cold brew coffee; strength is crucial as it must balance the sweetness and carbonation of the tonic water. Once your coffee is ready and chilled, fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes, making sure it’s cold enough to keep the tonic water fizzing for a long time.
