How To Make Whipped Coffee

Craving something frothy and sweet to energize your day? Whipped coffee, also known as Dalgona Coffee, originates from South Korea and has gained worldwide popularity for its simple yet delicious approach to the coffee drink. It involves whipping instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a creamy foam and then adding it to milk. The result is an attractive and tasty drink.

– 2 tablespoons of instant coffee

– 2 tablespoons of sugar

– 2 tablespoons of hot water

– Ice cubes (optional)

– Milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Begin by placing instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to combine these ingredients. You need to keep mixing until the mixture is light and fluffy, which usually takes 5 to 8 minutes with a whisk. The color should change to golden brown and the mixture should be thick.

When the coffee mixture is ready, take a glass and fill it with milk. You can adjust the amount of milk depending on how strong you like your coffee. If you like your drink cold, add a few ice cubes to the glass. Then put the whipped coffee on top of the milk. Stir gently with a spoon so that the coffee begins to mix with the milk. Now your whipped coffee is ready to drink.
